This hall is for undergraduate students and nursing/midwifery students.

In 2012/13 we will designate a few corridors in this hall as suitable for students who prefer a quieter environment. These corridors may be particularly suitable to mature students and others who do not want to share their living space with students of a more boisterous and lively nature.

We will do our best to indicate to all residents in these corridors that we expect a quieter environment but all residents should appreciate that no form of communal living is entirely silent and it is very difficult to define ‘quiet’. It will always be noisier than living in your own home. In addition it is not always possible to regulate the amount of noise coming from other areas of the hall and outside the hall which may be beyond our control.

Letting period for Nursing students in self catered Accommodation

First year nurses - the School of Nursing has not yet advised us on the course dates for 2012-13 and therefore it is not possible to give exact contract details.  However it is likely that the contract will be for approximately 48 weeks and cost approximately £4,760.

Second and third year nurses - the contract will run from 16 September 2012 - 9 August 2013.

Contract length:  Approx 51 weeks
