The Halls staff and Wardens are here to help you get the best experience from living in your Hall of Residence. On your arrival your room will be clean and ready for you to settle in.  We have Security staff and Wardens on duty round the clock to help provide you with a safe and caring environment. We will respect your privacy and ensure that you get the best opportunity to study and enjoy the social life that living in Halls can present.

We promise to provide all the services specified in the Residence Conditions and if for any reason there is a problem with any of those services we will do our utmost to solve them as soon as possible and let you know what is happening. In non urgent cases we will give you as much notice as possible of any work required to solve the problem with at least 24 hours notice.
