The College of Education and Lifelong Learning encompasses ITET (Initial Teacher Education & Training), part-time and full-time undergraduate and open study programmes, part-time and full-time Masters courses, full-time and part-time MPhil, PhD and EdD provision, an Academic Development Unit and Welsh for Adults courses.

The College of Education and Lifelong Learning was formed in November 2010 from the existing School of Education and the University provider of Lifelong Learning. The Head of the College of Education and Lifelong Learning is Professor Janet Pritchard. The School’s staff profile is over 60 full-time academic and academic-related staff, with a full compliment of support staff and a large number of experienced external tutors.
