Meet the Molecules in Chocolate ...

Manchester Museum of Science and Industry December 4th 2004

More than a hundred visitors to the Museum of Science & Industry in Manchester discovered what’s in the chocolate they’re hoping to receive for Christmas by building models of the key molecules in chocolate as part of the interactive exhibit presented by Dr Matthew Fletcher, Dr Lorrie Murphy, Erica Roberts, Alison Jones and Andrea Doria on Saturday 4 December. As a reward for their molecular modelling efforts the visitors received some Divine chocolate to taste!
