The College of Natural Sciences Graduate School offers a range of research degree programmes, including MRes, MPhil, and PhD, in a range of subjects in the areas of biological sciences, ocean sciences, environmental and natural sciences and geography including:- Cell & Genome Biology, Molecular Ecology and Evolution, Plants, Soil & Ecosystems, Aquatic systems science, Sustainable production & devt, and Living with Environmental Change. The subjects offered reflect the wealth of expertise in the college and includes collaborative, cross-discipline projects.
The Graduate School provides support for students by providing the finest environment for personal and academic development. We run our own quality assured taught and support courses as well as postgraduate conferences and welcome events. In addition postgraduates have access to courses from the University's Graduate Skills Programme. It also provides intellectual and social contact between students of different disciplines and from many different backgrounds and countries.
