Part-time study opportunities

All schools within CoHaBs offer some form of part-time study which vary from all the undergraduate programmes available which can all be done on a part-time basis, to part-time masters provision, part time research opportunities, CPD programmes and short courses.

Work-based Learning

The WBL project delivers a coordinated range of credit-carrying courses to private sector employees across North Wales with the aim of enhancing ‘Health and Wellbeing’ for the benefit of employee participants, their employers and their client/patient population. More information...

School of Psychology

All undergraduate programmes within the School can be done on a part time basis. More information.

The department offers several programmes which are predominantly part time in nature (though can be done full time) including Applied Behavioural Analysis, Mindfulness-based Approaches and Behavioural Neurology and Neuropsychiatry as well as offering its entire suite of masters programmes on a part time basis. School of Sports, Health & Exercise Sciences

All undergraduate programmes within the School can be done on a part time basis. More information.

School of Healthcare Sciences

All undergraduate programmes within the School can be done on a part time basis. More information.

The department offers several postgraduate programmes primarily delivered part time, aimed at a variety of health professionals, including Advanced Clinical Practice, Risk Management, Public Health and Health Promotion and Occupational Therapy. More information.

School of Medical Sciences

The School is developing a BSc Medical Science programme which is expected to recruit in 2012 and will be available part time. The department currently offers a number of postgraduate programmes and short courses. More information.

The department doesn't deliver any taught programmes but does have research opportunities that could be undertaken on a part time basis. More information.
