Postgraduate Masters, Diploma and Certificate Applications

Once your application has been recieved it will be processed by the Admissions Office. Once a decision is made, the Admissions Office will issue and send you an offer letter

The Offer Letter

The letter will give details of your offer. It will specify your full name and address, date of birth, level and course applied for, the full tuition fee for one year. This letter will either be an unconditional offer letter or a conditional offer letter.

The Unconditional Offer

An unconditional offer letter is issued when students have met ALL the entry requirements:

  • the academic qualification for entry is acceptable
  • evidence of the required English language level has been provided
  • a suitable reference has been received

The Conditional Offer

This letter is issued when a student has not yet met the entry requirements. Examples include:

  • the student has not completed the course / qualification required for entry onto the programme at Bangor
  • the student has not yet taken the English language test
  • a reference letter has not been received.

The letter will clearly state what are the conditions of entry.

Once students have met the conditions given in the offer letter, evidence of this will need to be sent to the Admissions Office. Once this evidence is received, and once all conditions have been met, the student will be issued an Unconditional Offer Letter.
