E
ddy Reynolds is 20 from Nottingham and studied at Joseph Whitaker School in Mansfield. He is now studying English Literature at Bangor, and is in his third year.
"I really like the department and the staff are all very helpful. We study a broad aspect of text which keeps things interesting. The size of the seminars are quite small, and the one to one tutoring is very helpful. The school is very close nit, and the lecturers are on first name basis with most of the students, and they cover a wide range of specialty fields."

"I chose Bangor because the range of English modules on offer was better than any other university I had researched. The school offered a wide range of interests whilst also combining the English course with a great practical theatre studies course.

"Before coming to University I was the only person I knew who could say “I write novels”. Being a writer can be pretty daunting and lonely. It was great to meet people with the same creativity and enthusiasm as myself, to get their feedback on my work and have a chance to discuss literature. The creative writing tutors are fantastic – so inspirational! "
