Bangor Benefits refers to the benefits available to the University’s staff members via salary sacrifice arrangements.

There are currently four benefits available. These are salary sacrifice for Pensions (both USS and UPAS), T'ir Na n-Og Tax Efficient Scheme, Childcare Voucher Scheme and a Cycle to Work Scheme.
