Report an Accident or Concern

Health and Safety Services is currently looking at ways to make reporting concerns and incidents easier for you - hopefully this will result in on-line reporting for everyone who wants to.

In the mean time we have recently updated out Accident / Incident Reporting Form to make it more user friendly and it also now contains a section on Accident and Incident Investigation. Until everything is on-line please continue to complete the "Accident and Incident" Form in either Word copy or as hard copy; remembering to also forward us a copy!

If you feel a concern or an accident or incident needs to be dealt with immediately, please call Health and Safety Services on ext 38-3847. If you have a concern which you would like us to investigate please either call or email on healthandsafety@bangor.ac.uk. In an emergency please call 333 immediately.
