Welcome to Human Resources

The departmental mission of Human Resources is to support the University in the accomplishment of its strategic business objectives by providing a high quality, continuously improving and comprehensive service to clients.

It seeks to achieve this through the implementation of the University's Human Resources strategic objectives, by providing timely professional advice to Senior Managers, developing and maintaining sound personnel policies and systems, disseminating good employment and staff development practices throughout the University, and enabling Academic and Service Departmental Managers to accept ownership and responsibility for the operation of these policies and practices within their sphere of activity.

     


With effect from 16 July 2012 the Human Resources building, Bryn Afon, will be open between the hours of 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. only.
