Huw Lloyd-Williams is a qualified and experienced economist who has been involved in a wide range of research projects. His speciality is in data analysis. He has worked on a number of economic impact assessments including work for Gwynedd Council and WAG and has experience in Green Book methodology. His main input to the project will be in conducting an economic impact analysis of lower value procurement contracts, assessing the extent to which there is leakage along the supply chain and how much value is retained locally.
