If you can’t find out what you want to know about using the library from these web pages, we offer an enquiries service, either

  • In person
  • By e-mail
  • By telephone

In person

In any of the library branches apart from Main Library, ask at the library issue desk. In Main Library, an enquiries desk is available in the foyer from 11 a.m. till 3 p.m. Monday to Friday during Semester 1, and from 12 p.m. till 3 p.m. during Semester 2. Ask at the issue desk if you need help outside these hours, or if there is no-one at the enquiries desk. During the first weeks of Semester 1, you may also see “roving guides” (the ones with the badges) in the reading rooms in Main Library, to help you find what you want while you are new to the University.
