Winning In Tendering - An Introduction: Business Breakfast

ICPS’s Procurement Week is an annual event organised by the Institute to disseminate knowledge and ideas about the latest procurement innovation strategies, procurement law and procurement policies from around the world. Winning in Tendering in conjunction with Aber-Bangor Skills Centre present a unique free of charge Business Breakfast which is aimed to introduce small and medium sized businesses to the Winning in Tendering Project.

As well as a brief introduction to the Project, Project Director Professor Dermot Cahill and Procurement Law Specialist, Dr. Ama Eyo will then give a short talk on Procurement Law and Strategy. A short presentation on the Tender Review Service will close the event. The event welcomes owners and representatives from small and medium sized businesses regardless of their procurement experience. The event will be extremely beneficial for businesses that wish to be more successful in tendering for public sector contracts, want to gain a better knowledge of the law which surrounds this area or simply want to find out about procurement and the Winning in Tendering Project.

Mae Wythnos Caffael yr AACC yn ddigwyddiad blynyddol a drefnir gan yr Arthrofa i ledaenu gwybodaeth a syniadau ynglyn a strategaethau caffael arloesol, cyfraith caffael a pholisiau caffael byd-eang. Y mae Ennill mewn Tendro, mewn cydweithrediad a Chanolfan Sgiliau Aber-Bangor yn cyflwyno Brecwast Busnes unigryw a rhad ac am ddim sydd wedi ei anelu at gyflwyno busnesau bach a chanolig i’r prosiect Ennill mewn Tendro. Yn ogystal a rhoi cyflwyniad byr i’r prosiect, bydd Cyfarwyddwr y Prosiect Yr Athro Dermot Cahill a’r Arbenigwraig Cyfraith Caffael Dr Ama Eyo yn rhoi cyflwyniad byr ar Gyfraith Caffael a Strategaeth. Bydd cyflwyniad byr ar y Gwasanaeth Adolygu Tendr yn cloi’r digwyddiad.

Mae’r digwyddiad yn croesawu perchnogion a chynrychiolwyr o gwmniau bach a chanolig dim ots beth yw eu profiad o gaffael. Bydd y digwyddiad yn fuddiol tu hwnt i fusnesau sydd am fod yn fwy llwyddianus tra’n tendro am gytundebau sector gyhoeddus, i’r rhai sydd eisiau mwy o wybodaeth am y gyfraith yn y maes yma neu sydd am ddarganfod mwy am gaffael neu’r prosiect Ennill mewn Tendro.
