The following Longer Programmes are available for Leaders & Managers at The Management Centre:

Our Longer Programmes (LP) for Leaders & Managers will help develop Leaders & Managers, making a difference to individuals and the organisation. Many will lead to optional Accreditation or Qualifications in Management accredited by the prestigious Chartered Management Institute (CMI). The benefit of these longer programmes comes from the depth and breadth of the learning that they facilitate. They offer a combination of face-to-face sessions (conveniently arranged in blocks) plus a plethora of multi-media support through learning guides, course-texts, on-line seminars and tutorials.

These programmes are practical and intensive. They are offered in two day blocks so that you can internalise the learning fully and then immediately apply it in your workplace. See How does this work? for more information.

The two days are designed to really stretch you so that you absorb and apply a host of relevant ideas, tools and techniques. The focus of the learning experience is how to make your daily challenges easier and how to grasp the opportunities that might otherwise be missed!
