The events in which she participated included dialogues with poet Menna Elfyn in Bangor and Aberystwyth, a round table in Bangor considering the peculiar dynamics of combining academic and creative approaches to literature, a public lecture at the University of Liverpool, and a plenary paper at the Bangor/Liverpool international conference "Coming out of the Nation".
