Postgraduate Information

The MSc degree is awarded to candidates passing a taught course together with research dissertation. These programmes start in September each year, and include 20-25 weeks of formal teaching and an independent research project for 15-20 weeks . MSc programmes are sometimes recommended to research students in order to identify a research area and supervisor or to gain experience in postgraduate work.
