There are many government and non-government organisations that provide scholarship schemes enabling international students to source funding to study at a UK university. Students should contact the Ministry of Education or Education Department in their country, as they should have details of scholarship opportunities for students wishing to study overseas. They will also be able to advise the government's conditions for studying abroad. Students should also contact the British Council office in the country of origin, which should have details of British scholarship schemes. If there is no British Council office in the country, then the nearest British Embassy or High Commission should be contacted.
For information on fees and financial support offered by the university, please visit the University's International pages.

There are also many organisations that do not have websites and need to be applied too in writing. Details of these can be found at the Money Support Unit as well as advice on how to apply.
