Scholarships

In addition to the scholarships and busaries awarded by the University of Wales, Bangor, which are open to all subjects, the School of Theology and Religious Studies offers a number of scholarships.
  • You can sit the scholarships in your own school (under examination conditions) and the paper will be based on your A Level syllabus. This usually takes place during January of each year.
  • The only condition of sitting the scholarship is that you select the School of Theology and Religious Studies at Bangor as one of your choices on the UCAS form.
  • You can obtain copies of past papers, to give you some idea of what to expect, by writing to:
