WISE Network provides a unique opportunity for business to work in partnership with Aberystwyth, Bangor, and Swansea Universities. Through the facilities and expertise available within both Welsh industry and the academic institutions we seek to embed sustainability at the heart of all businesses.

SEACAMS (Sustainable Expansion of the Applied Coastal and Marine Sectors) Assists the coastal and marine sector to expand sustainably by integrating research and business opportunities.

 

GIFT (Green Innovation Future Technologies)
Up-skills businesses and promotes sustainable economic development by creating collaborative and learning opportunities through providing training, networking, discussions and expertise.

KESS (Knowledge Economy Skills Scholarships) Supports collaborative research projects (Research Masters and PhD) with external business partners.

 

ISD (Institute for Sustainable Design)Helps businesses innovate, be responsive, improve competitiveness and ensure future success by utilising collective research, development and innovation in design.

 

BEACON Helps businesses develop ways of converting crops such as rye, oats and Miscanthus into products including pharmaceuticals, chemicals, fuels and cosmetics
