Bangor University’s Brambell Natural History Museum, will be open to the public on Saturday, 4th November as part of the Welsh Museums Festival. The theme of the day is ‘Animals in Welsh Mythology’. Using specimens from the Museum as inspiration, workshops on drawing from specimens to create imaginative collages, prints, narrative and illustrations will be held with the artist Jŵls Williams.

These activities are suitable for children 6 to 12 years old. Two sessions will be held, at 11.00am – 1.00pm for 6-8 years old and 1.30pm– 3.30pm for 9-12 years old. Booking is essential by telephoning 01248 353368 or emailing storiel@gwynedd.llyw.cymru
