Apply to have a stall at this year’s Student Christmas Market which will be held on Wednesday 6th December, 12.00-17.00 in PJ Hall, Main Arts Building.  

 The Student Christmas Market is a great opportunity for you to earn money and to gain and develop skills. Whether you’re an individual with a spark for creating jewellery, a Students’ Union Society looking to raise funds, or if you’re thinking of running your own business and wish to test the market – this event is for you!

 On the day, PJ Hall is packed out with over 150 students running 80 stalls and it attracts 2,000 visitors including students, staff and members of the public. Here’s a video of last year’s Student Christmas Market to give you an idea of the atmosphere:

 Stalls are very much in demand so it is important to really ‘sell’ your stall and idea on the application form. Stalls from last year included a variety of goods – from cards to jewellery and knitted goods to candles. We’re pretty flexible with what you can sell, however, we do have to adhere to the University’s policies and procedures therefore here are some guidelines –

 If you would like a chance to be allocated a stall then please complete the application by Friday 10th November. All applicants will be informed of the outcome of their application by 12pm Tuesday 14th November. The online application form can be found here:
