Your offer to study at Bangor University

We know that this is a very worrying time for you and that you are understandably concerned about what will happen to your place at Bangor University this September.

We will do everything that we can to help you during this difficult period, and your application to study with us will not be disadvantaged because of the COVID-19 global pandemic.

We will be sending you emails to keep you updated and if you have an offer to study an undergraduate course with us, please check UCAS Track for the latest information on your offer.

Contacting the University

The University has suspended all face to face teaching until the end of this Academic year and whilst most of our staff are now working from home, you can still get in touch with us.

We will be scheduling a number of Live Chat sessions over the coming weeks so that you can speak to academic staff and support staff.

Our Admissions Team and Student Support Teams are still available to help you, should you need to discuss anything with them. You can contact them through email at

You can also chat with our current students through Unibuddy.

Visiting the University

We are sorry that our remaining Applicant Visit Days, our 25 March Postgraduate Open Day and our 27 June and 4 July General Open Days have been postponed.

We apologise for the inconvenience and disappointment this may cause.

We are closely monitoring the situation around the pandemic of Coronavirus (Covid-19), and the welfare of students, staff, visitors and the local community is our absolutely priority during this difficult time.

In the meantime, take a look at our Virtual Tours and Visits page for 360 tours, videos, and information on opportunities to connect with us over the next few weeks.
