The Management Centre
Part of Bangor Business School, the Management Centre offers a wide range of industry-recognised postgraduate and professional qualifications which will develop your skills and enhance your employability. Qualifications include Leadership & Management programmes, Coaching & Mentoring, Accounting (ACCA) and Purchasing & Supply (CIPS).
The Centre was opened in 2008 having received support from the EU, local government and the Welsh Assembly Government. It is now well-established as a major provider of part-time and professional courses in the North Wales and North West region.

The Global Chartered Banker MBA is designed for busy professionals in the financial services sector and delivered through Distance Learning by Bangor Business School.
A suite of new leadership programmes for businesses who want to raise their game and grow their leadership skills have been launched at Bangor University. The ION leadership programme is backed with £2.7m from the European Social Fund to raise skills and drive forward productivity and turnover in small and medium sized enterprises (SMEs) as well as in larger companies. Spun out from the success of LEAD Wales programme, which for the past 5 years has created 2,424 jobs and generated £52,433,908 net increase in turnover in Welsh Businesses.
20Twenty Business Growth Programme
The 20Twenty Business Growth Programme is about both leadership development and business growth. The aim is to develop the next generation of leaders, aspiring managers and entrepreneurs. The 20Twenty Business Growth programme is part-funded up to 70% of the cost by the European Social Fund through Welsh Government and is available to small and medium sized enterprises (SMEs) as well as larger companies based in Wrexham, Flintshire and North Powys. The programmes are designed to help deliver profitable and sustainable growth by equipping managers and leaders with the skills to deliver improved efficiencies, plan growth strategies and implement expansion goals.

North Wales Business Academy
The North Wales Business Academy supports business growth and competitiveness in the region by delivering university-accredited leadership and management qualifications. Supported by £2.8m of EU funds, the scheme enables employers to access training and staff development opportunities with subsidies of up to 70%. The project is led by Grŵp Llandrillo Menai in partnership with Bangor University, Coleg Cambria and Glyndwr University.
