The Strategic Business Analysis Module is the first phase of the North Wales Business Academy aimed at business owners, leaders and department heads. The principle aim of the module is to facilitate an opportunity for the business owner, leader or department head to review all aspects of their own organisation in a strategic manner. This is done alongside a business mentor, tutors and a peer network of other business owners with an emphasis on long term growth and sustainability.
Our flagship Strategic Business Analysis (SBA) module provides business owners / managers with 2 days away from the office to fully focus on developing a competitive business strategy to achieve long-term, sustainable growth.
