Overall aims and purpose

Bydd y modiwl hwn yn ymarfer ac yn datblygu’r sgiliau craidd sydd eu hangen i gyfathrebu'n effeithiol mewn gwyddoniaeth yn gyffredinol, ac mewn seicoleg yn benodol. Nod y modiwl hwn yw datblygu sgiliau gwyddonol myfyrwyr a’u hannog i deimlo'n hyderus yn eu gallu i ledaenu syniadau a chyfathrebu'n effeithiol o fewn y gymuned seicoleg.

Course content

Bydd myfyrwyr yn datblygu amrywiaeth o sgiliau cyfathrebu trosglwyddadwy ar y modiwl hwn. Bydd y modiwl yn cynnwys yr elfennau canlynol:

  • Lledaenu Gwybodaeth (DoI): Mi fydd myfyrwyr yn gwrando ar gyfres o ddarlithoedd ymchwil, cyn cyflwyno cynnwys y darlithoedd ar ffurf ysgrifenedig.

  • Ysgrifennu ar gyfer Gwyddoniaeth (WfS): Mi fydd myfyrwyr yn gweithio mewn grwpiau bach i ddatblygu eu sgiliau ysgrifennu gwyddonol.

Assessment Criteria

threshold

Ateb digonol i’r cwestiwn, yn seiliedig i raddau helaeth ar ddeunydd y darlithoedd. Dim datblygiad gwirioneddol o ddadleuon.

good

Ymdriniaeth weddol gynhwysfawr. Wedi ei drefnu a’i gynllunio’n dda. Dealltwriaeth dda o’r deunydd.

excellent

Ymdrin â'r maes yn gynhwysfawr a chywir gyda dadleuon a mynegiant clir. Ymdriniaeth dreiddgar â materion damcaniaethol.

Learning outcomes

    1. Dangos dealltwriaeth o bwysigrwydd cyfathrebu mewn gwyddoniaeth.
    1. Dangos ysgrifen wyddonol gymwys, gan ddefnyddio fformat, iaith, ac arddull sy'n addas ar gyfer mynegiant gwyddonol.
    1. Dangos dealltwriaeth glir o reolau fformatio’r APA, ynghyd ag arddull ysgrifennu a chonfensiynau gwyddonol.
    1. Cyflwyno gwybodaeth am un neu fwy o brif feysydd seicoleg mewn ffordd resymegol a gwybodus
    1. Trafod a gwerthuso rhai o'r materion critigol a dadleuol sy’n cael eu trafod yn y maes seicoleg ar hyn o bryd.

Assessment Methods

Type Name Description Weight
FORMATIVE ASSESSMENT MCQ: Prawf mynedfa

Bydd hwn yn brawf amlddewis (MCQ) wedi ei seilio ar ddealltwriaeth myfyrwyr o safonau ysgrifennu'r APA. Rhaid i fyfyrwyr dderbyn sgôr dros 80% cyn gallu cyflwyno eu traethawd terfynol.

FORMATIVE ASSESSMENT Aseiniad Cyflwyno

Er mwyn sicrhau fod myfyrwyr yn gwybod sut i ddefnyddio'r system llên-ladrad, a sut i gyflwyno eu gwaith drwy'r system electronig, gofynnir iddynt ysgrifennu crynodeb fer o ddogfen.

Mae hwn yn ymarfer ffurfiannol a dylid ei farcio ar ffurf eithriad.

10
ESSAY WFS - Traethawd terfynol

Gofynnir i fyfyrwyr ysgrifennu traethawd critigol wedi ei seilio ar ffynonellau gwyddonol cyfoes.

60
COURSEWORK DOI - Crynodeb

Gofynnir i fyfyrwyr ysgrifennu crynodeb (abstract) o gyflwyniad ymchwil. Mi fydd y myfyrwyr yn gwrando ar gyfres o gyflwyniadau ymchwil yn narlithoedd y modiwl.
