**How The Staff Development Team may be able to support you over the next few months?**

The team are working from home and can be contacted via email,  discussions can be arranged via skype and microsoft teams. We will be running some on-line workshops and we are currently adapting our provision to suite on-line training. 

Please remember there are a number of on-line training packages on Blackboard. All staff have access to 

online and if you haven’t completed this training  you can do so from home. The Prevent training module can also be accessed online as well as a talk on GDPR.

A module on Unconscious Bias will shortly be added and all staff will be required to complete this training.

An On-line Induction training package is available on Blackboard and new talks will be added to ensure that it covers key areas for staff. New staff will be sent a link automatically to this as an alternative to the University’s usual induction event.

We  are continuing to offer 1:1 coaching support, please contact Mari on to discuss your needs further. 

Staff wellbeing and welfare during these next few months will be paramount as many of us face the challenge of working at a distance with only virtual contact with colleagues. Please keep in touch during these challenging times. Some advice has been drawn together on the Covid-19 pages.  This area of resource will be developed further over the next few weeks. If we can support during these challenging times please let us know.
