University Strategic Aims

Bangor University’s Performance Development Review scheme is founded on the belief that all staff have a right to a clear understanding of the University’s expectations of them and an opportunity to discuss and agree their contribution to the achievement of the University’s objectives. 

To this purpose, reviewers are required to refer to the University’s strategy in the PDR to highlight the contribution of the member of staff to achieving the University’s overall objectives.

Therefore it is recommended that both reviewers and reviewees refer to the strategy prior to the PDR meeting.
