Disability Sport

There are a number of activities in the Gwynedd area that you can get involved in, from adaptive mountain biking to wheelchair basketball. Socialeyes

Socialeyes is a group for Bangor University students with Asperger's Syndrome and Autistic Spectrum Conditions that is run for an hour a week by Disability Services. It aims to assist you to develop your social communication skills and become more confident in social situations.

Internships offered to Disabled Students

Bangor University offers paid summer internships for disabled students registered with Disability Services. These internships are available across a range of departments and schools at the university. They provide opportunities for you to enhance your employability skills allowing you to gain work-related experience and make you more employable.
