Bangor GREAT Scholarships (India)

Bangor - The GREAT India Scholarship Programme is a joint programme part funded through GREAT funds and through contributions made by Bangor University. GREAT is a part of the UK Government’s campaign to show the world the best of the UK.

Scholarship Amount:

Total Scholarship amount is £6,000 each (including £4,000 from International Merit Scholarship fund and £2,000 from GREAT Scholarship fund)

Number of Scholarships:

13 Scholarships are available under this scheme (3 for the January intake).

Subject Areas:

This scholarship is open for all postgraduate taught programmes offered in September 2017 and January 2018 intake at Bangor University excluding any research programme.

Eligibility

  • You must have an Indian passport
  • You must have received an offer letter for your desired course
  • You must have been awarded Bangor University's £4,000 International Merit Scholarship in your offer letter

How to apply?

Step 1: Complete the Bangor-GREAT scholarship application form.
Step 2: Send the completed application form along with a copy of your offer letter from Bangor University to Kerry Marie Jones at: kerry.jones@bangor.ac.uk.

Deadline:

January 2018 intake - Applications for the Bangor-GREAT scholarship must be received by 15 December 2017. All applicants will be notified within two weeks if they have been successful or not.  Once notified, the successful applicants will have one week to accept the scholarship, or it will be offered to another qualified applicant.
