The card provides access through many electronic doors to buildings and is needed to collect printed work from our Sharp devices on campus.

STUDENTS:

Library staff will be distributing student ID cards to those who have completed the registration process during the Halls registration on the Ffriddoedd site. Arrangements will be made for non-residents and uncollected cards.

STAFF:

Staff ID Cards can be collected from the Library Desk in Adeilad Deiniol, they don’t take too long to process but you will need to provide your payroll number and a photograph. The library staff also have the facility to take your photo if you don’t already have one. 

• If your card is lost or stolen there is a charge of £10 for a replacement.
• If your card is damaged in any way, the library staff can sort out a replacement for you free of charge as long as you can show evidence of the damage.
