E-Submission of Theses

University policy now specifies all PhD submissions include an electronic version (on CD or equivalent). When ready to submit you will need to:

  • Ensure you comply with copyright for any third party material within the thesis; best efforts to seek permissions must be made for any items not covered by the University copyright licences. If you are unable to secure clearance to include third party copyright materials in your thesis then you will be unable to make this version of your thesis freely and openly available through the University’s Institutional Repository.
