About me
My name is Marc Duggan. I have been employed by the University for more than 30 years and I support the students and academic staff within the College of Environmental Sciences and Engineering.
I was appointed as Academic Support Librarian in August 2021.
Teaching/Enquiries
I provide a first point of contact for user support with training and enquiries for students and academic staff within the College of Environmental Sciences and Engineering. I work within the Teaching & Learning Team along with two other Academic Support Librarians, the Learning Technology Team and the Study Skills Team to provide computer-based workshops, group sessions and one-to-one sessions where needed. I can provide help with referencing, databases and information searching.
Additional Skills: I consider myself to be very computer literate and have extensive knowledge in graphic applications such as Photoshop in addition to knowledge of web creation tools.
