Editing your Reading List

This page has the following sections:

Edit Mode

1. Login to readinglists.bangor.ac.uk
2. Click My Lists.
3. Find the reading list you want to edit.
4. Click Select Action and select edit list.

Top Tip: You can also get into edit mode, from withing your reading list, by clicking "Edit" and then "Edit list"

Add Section

To add a new section to a reading list:

1. Left click and hold your mouse on "New Section"
2. Holding the mouse drag the New Section across onto the "Drag a new section or one of your bookmarks here to add it to the list"
   
3. You will then get prompted to name this section
   

   Suggested section titles would include: Core Reading Recommended Reading Wider Reading Week 1,2... You can use this approach to add sections within sections

4. Click Save

Add a resource to your reading list

To add resources you have bookmarked to your reading list:

1. Type the name of the resource in the "Find" box
2. Click on the resource
3. Drag the resource to the relevant section:
   

Link to Module / Hierarchy

1. Click on My lists
2. Select the reading list
3. Click Edit
4. Select Link to Hierarchy
   
5. Type in the module code for each module the reading list should be linked to :
   
6. Click Save
