Gwynedd Business Week Awards 2020 CANCELLED

To assist with prevention and containment of the COVID-19 virus, the Gwynedd Business Week Awards 2020 has been cancelled.
We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience or disappointment caused, but trust you will understand why this decision has been taken.

The aim of the Gwynedd Business Week Awards is to recognise, celebrate and promote the achievements of Gwynedd’s businesses and entrepreneurs.

The Gwynedd Business Week Awards are a great opportunity to reward local businesses and to showcase home-grown success stories. This high-profile event will attract widespread public and media interest and is an ideal chance for you to gain some individual publicity and to place your business among the best in Gwynedd.

How to enter

The Gwynedd Business Week Awards are open to all independently owned businesses based within Gwynedd – whatever your sector, whether big or small, new or well-established.

You may apply for one, or more, award under the different categories depending on which suits the nature of your business or organisation. The application process for all awards is the same, and it may be possible for a single business to win more than one award provided they meet the eligibility criteria.

What do I need to include in my entry?

  1. Each entry must include a supporting statement of no more than 500 words, explaining to the judges why you deserve to win the award.
  2. The judges will also need a certain amount of financial information, as indicated. This is only required to support the entry, and is not judging criteria. Young companies should submit as many years as possible.
  3. All entries and information submitted to the Gwynedd Business Week Awards are treated in the strictest of confidence.
Financial information is only seen by the judging panel.
The panel’s decision will be final - and no feedback will be provided.
  4. Entries may be submitted in either Welsh or English.
  5. All entries must be submitted via this online application form. Please email events@themanagementcentre.co.uk if you experience any technical difficulties.

Is there a fee to enter the Awards?

No. Entering the Gwynedd Business Awards is free of charge.

What is the closing date for the Awards?

Nomnations for awards are currently closed.

When will the winners be announced?

Winners will be announced at a high-profile gala dinner and awards ceremony held at The Management Centre.
