Alongside studying for A levels and completing her University degree, Victoria has worked in The Management Centre for 10 years.
During this time her role has covered most front of house positions and here she realised her passion and has channelled her strengths and abilities through work on the front of house reception desk – which welcomes over 80,000 guest to the Centre each year. Victoria now works as a Duty Manager for the reception team.
Studying Hospitality, Tourism and Events Management in University and accomplishing a first class honours degree really outlines Victoria’s interest, desire and importance of good customer service, local tourism knowledge and willingness to help in any way.
On her days off Victoria likes to spend her time exploring all the beaches and mountains that North Wales has to offer with her dog, Milo.
