This study day will offer you an insight into how these challenges are met in other countries, highlighting best practice in Australia as an exemplar to inform us on new ways of working and facilitate discussion of how processes could be developed and improved in Wales and wider.

Professor Branda Happell, from University of Newcastle’s School of Nursing and Midwifery, Australia has published widely on this topic and will be in Wales specifically to share her knowledge and research with us.
