A presentation of findings from a contemporary UK research project Gender(s) at Work investigating gendered experiences of work and career in higher education. Participants included female, male and gender non-binary staff in academic and professional services roles across one UK university. This presentation draws on participants’ narratives and ‘organisational maps’. Suitable for academic and professional audiences including Athena SWAN and EDI teams.
