Information for Visitors

The University defines a visitor as:

“Anyone who is not a contracted employee or a registered student of Bangor University.”

All visitors to SSHES are required and expected to abide by the University's Health and Safety rules and security controls.

Safety Induction

To ensure that visitors are not put at risk the staff within the School should ensure that visitors have all the relevant health and safety information appropriate to their visit (eg fire evacuation procedures) and do not have unauthorised access to areas where they may be placed at risk.

It is important that visitors understand all the information provided at the Safety Induction and ask for help / clarification from their host if necessary.
