My research interest is in individual differences in social interactions perception and how these differences change across lifespan. My goal is to investigate how we become social and what are the factors that drive our attention to social stimuli. I do this by using a variety of methods, as fMRI to investigate the neural basis of social perception and its development, psychophysics that will help me understand how individuals are different in social perception skills, and eye-tracking paradigms, that will guide my comprehension of what drives people’s social attention and what are the cues that humans use to understand complex social stimuli.
