UCAS Visit Days

We hold a number of Visit Days throughout the year to give you a better idea of what to expect if you decide to come and study with us.

Our staff and current students will be on hand to answer any of your questions and give you detailed information about your course of interest. You can also have a look around the city and we’ll take you on a tour of the halls of residence to give you a taste of what life could be like at Bangor.

If you have applied through UCAS, we will contact you about our School Visit Days once we have received your UCAS form.

Postgraduate Courses Fair

Postgraduate Courses Fairs are held in February and November. Come along to find out more about the postgraduate taught and research degrees we have on offer. The event is open to anyone interested in postgraduate study at Bangor.

More information...

The Open Day is also an ideal opportunity for prospective postgraduates to visit the University and take a look around the buildings, accommodation and facilities that will be available to you as a postgraduate student. Please note that the day will be largely undergraduate orientated in terms of the scheduled presentations, but where possible we will arrange for you to speak on a one-to-one basis to a member of staff in your chosen Academic School about postgraduate study.

Please e-mail Michael Rogerson, Postgraduate Marketing Officer, at to enquire about the possibility of making these arrangements in advance of the Open Day.
