Bangor University English Language Test (BUELT)

 

The Password BUELT is made up of four test modules – reading, writing, listening and speaking. The test takes 3 hours and 20 minutes to complete and is run in two parts. Part One assesses reading and writing and Part Two assesses listening and speaking. Test-takers can take a break between the two parts. The test is aligned to the CEFR (A2 to C1), delivers extremely accurate and reliable results, and can be used to support your application for direct entry onto both undergraduate and post graduate programmes at Bangor.

You will be taken through the exam setup process step by step by our BUELT Team, together with our online proctors Examity. Once setup, the exam can be scheduled ‘on demand’ (minimum of 24 hours’ notice required). During the exam, you will have a live proctor present to support you until the exam has been completed.
