Mr Aled Griffiths is a Senior Lecturer in Law and Social Policy. He is a graduate in both the Law and Social Sciences and lectures in Employment, Welfare, Business, and Company Law. He has published books and articles on Community Care and Social Work Law, and is currently committed to preparing a bilingual training manual on Community Care in Wales.

Aled is also engaged in a three year European research and development project focused on employment advice giving. He has been appointed as the External Examiner for the Postqualifying Consortium for Wales and is Chair of Lafan Cyf., a Charity established to facilitate welfare support and advice in the context of disability.
