Overview

The School established the first three-year doctoral programme in clinical psychology in the UK, a model now followed by most other British University training courses in clinical psychology. The programme is operated in close partnership with clinical psychologists working in the NHS in North Wales, and combines practice-relevant academic teaching with clinical placements and research. The programme currently has an annual intake of up to 9 trainees.

Information about the DClinPsy programme is available from the 'postgraduate study' section.
