Contract length: Approx 42 Weeks (Undergraduate) / 51 Weeks (Postgraduate)

22 September 2023 – 12 July 2025 (Undergraduate) / 13 September 2025 (Postgraduate)

Please note that International Students (for fees purposes) are expected to arrive in Bangor on Wednesday the 18 September for an International Students’ Orientation period. Therefore, Residence Agreements for International Students will run from 18 September with a corresponding small increase in fees. Your total hall fees will show on your Residence Agreement.

This is the car park for Bryn Eithin, which is based at St. Mary’s Village. There is a barbeque area and picnic bench on the lawned area.

This is the entrance foyer and each flat has 2 entrance doors. There is a stairwell that takes you up to the other 3 floors, please note there is no elevator. There’s a notice board with important information and details about your hall Mentors.  Each flat consists of 8 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a kitchen diner.

This is the kitchen diner; it has a table and bench seating enough for 8 people and 2 sofas’. There are 2 fridge freezers, an oven and 2 hobs. It also has a microwave, toaster and kettle. There are 2 sinks and enough storage for all 8 residents in the fitted kitchen cupboards. There is a vacuum cleaner, ironing board, mop & bucket a broom and dustpan & brush for your use. There is a notice board with important health & safety information. The large window has views of the car park, higher floors will have views over Bangor. 
 

The bedroom has a single bed, wardrobe, drawers and a desk and chair with overhead shelving. There is also a washbasin the bedroom with a mirror above it and a notice board with important and general information.

There are 2 bathrooms in each flat, they have a washbasin and mirror above it, a toilet and shower. There are hooks on the wall for your towel etc.
