Luisa joined the ‘Winning in Tendering’ team in February 2011. Her role includes supporting Pedro Telles, conducting research for the Lower Value Procurement Work Package and securing alternative funding for the Project.

Luisa studied Law at Barcelona University for five years, graduating in June 2010. During her studies she worked at Grant Thornton International Ltd which is one of the largest firms specialising in global audit, tax and financial advice. Before joining the team, Luisa worked as an assistant to a lawyer, helping him in his duties.
