Join us for a free one-hour online Open Day to explore our Contemplative Psychology Master's programmes. This interactive session will give you the opportunity to learn more about both online degrees: Contemplative Psychology and Applied Contemplative Approaches. We will talk about the courses structure, teaching approach, and what to expect as a student. You'll also experience a short guided mindfulness practice and have plenty of time to ask questions and chat with the Programme Director, Dr Gemma Griffith.
