Booking Experience & Pre-Arrival Information

  • Our front of house team will ensure that all pre-arrival information is emailed to you before your stay. The team are also on hand to answer any of your questions about our health and safety measures that are now in place
  • The venue is now a cashless environment, so we will process and pre-authorise payment at time of booking, secured with our flexible cancellation terms

Check-in and Check-out

  • Digital check-in and online pre-payment without the need to fill in a registration card on arrival
  • Discreet and confidential completion of track and trace form to be completed along with guest temperature check on arrival
  • Acrylic Key fobs sanitised prior to guests use
  • All Lifts at the venue are limited to one person unless a family group
  • Key drop box and contactless payment encouraged at checkout
  • Directional signage and visual floor marking and signs to help you maintain social distancing throughout the venue
  • All our staff will always wear the necessary personal protective equipment relevant to their task and in line with UK Hospitality guidelines

Free cancellations on all Direct bedroom bookings until January 2021*

We want to provide you with as much confidence as possible to book your stay with us and with that in mind we have removed all cancellation charges for direct bookings until 2021.
