• The Support systems we have here. HelpDesk – everything from Student Admin, Finance, Digital help, Library access, Request help, Extensions etc  
• How do you access your academic material,  Blackboard, Panopto, Turnitin
• How you access learning resources. Library catalogue, Browser extensions
• Where you can develop your academic skills. Study skills, Digital Skills, Research skills
