This website outlines the current internal and external provision available to Bangor University staff and students to support them to maintain, and enhance, their health and wellbeing. Whilst much of this information is available on webpages across the University, this website brings together relevant information in to one place, making it easier to navigate and find the information you need.

While many University services and resources are of mutual benefit, we highlight the support provision that is tailored to the respective needs and interests of our staff and students. We hope that all our staff and students feel empowered to use these resources as self-directed support, and in doing so can receive the appropriate information and support, at the right time.

As this is a new approach to organising the University's health and wellbeing provision, we would welcome your feedback and suggestions to enhance it further.
